About
Vågsberget – a trading post dating back to the 17th century. The centre originally opened in 1636. Today, there are seven buildings left, the oldest of which was constructed in 1780. The main building and outbuilding have been renovated, and there are plans to renovate several other buildings to their former glory, including the store and the boathouse. Vågsberget is considered one of the best-preserved trade centres along the west coast. Enjoy refreshments in a local cafe before returning to Måløy.
