Coasteering is an activity that delivers an adrenaline packed mix of climbing, jumping, swimming and exploration. We will begin with a thorough safety briefing before getting kitted out with a wetsuit, shoes, helmet and life jacket. Your adventure begins as you descend the cliff top to the shoreline below. From here you will overcome a series of obstacles. The activity will take part about a 10 min bus ride from the city of Måløy.

Additionally, bring towel and warm, dry clothes for after the activity. Coasteering can be a physically demanding activity that requires good mobility, balance, and stamina. Participants should be prepared to climb, jump, swim, and scramble across rocky coastlines, which can be challenging and potentially dangerous for some individuals. It is important to assess your own abilities and limitations before embarking on a coasteering trip.
